• User & Authentication Details: Information such as your user ID, employee ID, phone number, and supervisor/caretaker assignment details provided by your organization.
• Device Information & Logs: Device model, OS version, network status, and app performance logs to diagnose technical issues and ensure service reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

The collected data is strictly utilized for core operational and business functions:

• To verify site visits, engineer attendance, and field audit tasks.
• To record and maintain timestamped and geotagged photographic evidence of ATM/site inspections.
• To facilitate escalation resolution, service ticket management, and reporting.
• To authenticate field personnel and prevent fraud or inaccurate reporting.

3. Location Data Policy

Global Field Track collects location data only when you actively perform field tasks (such as site check-in, audit submission, or punch-in). This data is transmitted securely to our servers to validate that inspections were performed at the designated geographic coordinates.

We work with trusted third-party service providers that help operate and monitor the app. These services process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
